We knew you'd be back for the heavily hyped showdown with Martin Brodeur of the New Jersey Devils. In the end though, it wasn't even close. The good guys won 5-0 in a game where the Devils looked confused and out of sorts and the Canucks looked rested from a brutally long road trip.
Is was good to see Luongo get this fifth shutout of the season and the Sedin and Nazzy line light it up tonight. Did you notice at the end of the game Luongo scooping up the puck. You think he was doing it as a souvenir for himself? No way. It was for the kid that is in the Canuck Place commercial with him. What a guy! One day, we'll call him Stanley Cup Lou! ;-)
